Stephen Dutcher, Broker, ABR, CRB, CRS, GRI

Stephen Dutcher, President of DH&B, is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, located in Dallas, Texas. Steve attended High School in Connecticut prior to college. Born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, he moved to Stuart, Florida in 1969. He received his real estate license at 19 and his Broker's license in 1983, when he joined Dutcher-Higginbotham and Bass, Inc. He earned his GRI designation (Graduate of Realtor Institute) from the Florida Association of Realtors in 1993 and his CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) from an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors in 1995. In 1999, Stephen earned his CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designation.

Steve was a Director of the Stuart Board of Realtors for five years. He was a past member of the Board of Directors of the local American Cancer Society. He was also President of the St. Lucie Condominium office building. Steve donates his time at St. Mary's Church distributing food to the needy and serves as a member of the Red Cross disaster team from St. Mary's Church on a monthly basis and in the event of a local disaster. A lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club, he has consistently earned one of the Board of Realtor's highest sales achievement awards. In addition to handling individual properties, Steve was Project and Sales Manager for the Hillcrest Subdivision in Sewall's Point, the Sea Subdivision in Rocky Point, and Dutcher Estates in Stuart. His dedication, experience and knowledge of the marketplace and people, helps to bring each transaction - whether you are buying or selling - to a succesful closing.
